1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by awclub (accessible at awclub.win and any associated subdomains or mobile applications, collectively the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the awclub Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and awclub ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Company operates under international gaming authority licensing and is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment for all players.

2. Eligibility

Where duplicate accounts are identified, awclub reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses, and retain account balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the awclub Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are credited to your awclub account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. awclub does not impose deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are solely your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform, typically 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and up to 1 banking day for direct bank transfers. awclub reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must withdraw to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

awclub may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general terms unless a specific Promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be transferred to the real-money wallet or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are stated per Promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

6. Gaming Rules

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where game-specific rules expressly provide otherwise.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Platform games or services
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or exploit the Platform's software, RNG systems, or game mechanics
• Engaging in money laundering, chip dumping, or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing a minor (person under 21 years of age) to access or use your awclub account

8. Responsible Gaming

awclub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.

11. Privacy

Your use of the awclub Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how awclub collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

12. Amendments to Terms

awclub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the Platform interface or by email to the address registered on your account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
